"Yea, all which it inherit - shall dissolve, and like this insubstantial pageant faded, leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff as dreams are made on - and our little life is rounded with a sleep." Tempest Act 4 William Shakespeare

CLOUDS AND SCUM

The past several days we've had these majestic clouds up there with the weathermen saying it was going to bring rain. So far no rain - maybe tomorrow. In the meantime I thought I'd capture some of these fluffy white "mountains".

Down by the pond with yucky spreads of pond scum.

When the water was real high up the side of the pond the usual slimy pond scum grew. When
the Texas heat is turned up and the water recedes we end up with blankets of paper thin dried
membranes of yuck.
