"Yea, all which it inherit - shall dissolve, and like this insubstantial pageant faded, leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff as dreams are made on - and our little life is rounded with a sleep." Tempest Act 4 William Shakespeare

NON ART AT THE BLANTON

The family traipsed on down to the Blanton today.

The Blanton has changed very little over the years. Most of the works are the same from fourteen years ago. I wish UT would shuffle some of those Longhorn bucks over to the museum.

Occasionally something interesting will pass through like the Hudson River School paintings. That was in 2012. And that was really wonderful.

I am looking forward to the Xu Bing installation that opens on the 19th.
