I just love sweet peppers. My mother, who was from Naples, Italy, used peppers in many of her recipes.
The colors, the smell, even that waxy feel brings back so many memories.
Here's the simplest of set ups. Light is from today's cloudy skies and a tiny pop of fill
from the built in flash set to the smallest amount at 1/128th power.
Taken with the 35mm on a D7000 making it effectively a 50mm. Handheld, ISO 100, f3.2 at 1/200th ss, with -1.0 exp comp.
Pepper Update: The above peppers were sliced thin and sauteed in EVOO with onions and garlic
and served as a side dish for tonight's dinner.
